Who we are

This Color Profile is operated by Stryyde, a travel tech & hospitality job board. Contact: hello@stryyde.jobs.

What we collect

• Your email address (and optional first name)
• Your answers to the 36 Color Profile questions
• Your computed colour scores (Red/Blue/White/Yellow)
• Your IP address and browser user-agent (for consent audit)
• The exact wording of the consent text you agreed to
• Date/time of consent

Lawful basis (GDPR Art. 6)

We rely on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) to email you your results and any follow-up Stryyde communications.

How we use it

• To send you your personalised Color Profile (HTML email + branded PDF)
• To send occasional Stryyde updates relevant to your colour profile (only if consented)
• To improve the Color Profile (in aggregate, never identifying you)

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Withdraw consent at any time at /unsubscribe or via the one-click link in every email.
• Access, rectify, erase, port, or restrict your data — write to hello@stryyde.jobs and we'll respond within 30 days.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Retention

We keep your test results and consent record while your consent is active. If you withdraw, we stop sending and keep only a minimal record proving when your consent was withdrawn (legal obligation).

Cookies

We use only essential cookies / local storage to remember your cookie choice and to cache your test progress in your browser. No tracking, no advertising cookies.

Sharing

Your data is processed by our hosting and email providers (Lovable Cloud, Mailgun) under standard GDPR data-processing terms. We never sell your data.
